Product Information

I'm very interested in a certain product, but I don't see it on your web site. Can you get it?

Legacy Sports Cards carries a wide selection of sports, gaming, and non-sports products. If you are looking for something that we don't carry, please contact us and we will do our best to track it down for you at a reasonable price!

When will you have the new ______ product and what will the price be?

For upcoming releases of new products check our release calendar, as well as our sports and gaming pre-sell pages. Please note that manufacturers often change anticipated release dates, and this is something that we have no control over. Whenever a release is postponed, we will adjust the calendar and pre-sell information accordingly.

Are your boxes/cases factory sealed and unsearched?

Yes, we guarantee that ALL our boxes and cases are factory sealed and unsearched!

What is the difference between Hobby and Retail?

Hobby products generally have better odds for pulling inserts such as memorabilia or autograph cards. They also cost more than retail for this reason. Some products have inserts that are exclusive to Hobby boxes. Almost all our boxes are hobby and we always state whether a box is hobby or retail. Once in a while, we do get some retail boxes in stock and they are a great value.

I didn't get the stated Game Used or Autograph odds stated on the box/case. Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for products that do not meet the manufacturer’s average insertion ratios. The insertion ratios per box/case are stated on average across the entire production run and not always guaranteed per box/case. We do guarantee that all of our products are unsearched and have not been tampered with in any way. Our boxes come from factory sealed cases. If you are unhappy with the contents of a product you purchase, your best course of action is to contact the manufacturer. Save the box/case if you can (they sometimes ask for the serial number). We can assist you in this process by providing manufacturer contact information, which is available upon request.

I purchased a product on pre-sell and at the time of release the item price has changed.

The simple answer is yes. We offer the Legacy Sports Cards Pre-Sell Guarantee: If you Pre-Order a product from us and we lower the price before release, we’ll refund the difference or give you a store credit! We also guarantee that all Pre-Orders will be fulfilled – buy with confidence!

If I buy older boxes and have issues with the cards or get an expired redemption what can you do?

Most older boxes have the cards in the same condition they left the factory – but certain products are sometimes known to stick together or have other issues.  We strive to keep all of our products in great condition and rarely have issues, but from time to time, things do come up. As far as redemption cards go, unfortunately that comes along with buying certain older products. While in most instances there isn’t anything that the manufacturer can do we can provide you with customer service contact information when possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please check our shipping information page for more shipping details and for UPS Ground shipping times from our warehouse to your shipping location. We ship with UPS Ground unless a faster service is selected.

I live in the area. Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Please contact our customer service department at 1-702-341-6525 to ensure your order is ready to be picked up.

Do you ship to International locations (outside the United States)?

Currently, we only ship to the US and Canada. Sorry, but we do not ship to other International locations. The shopping cart will calculate s/h costs during the checkout process, depending on your location and the weight of the order (you will be able to see shipping options before the payment screen.) We are not responsible for any import fees/duties that Customs may charge. UPS may also charge a brokerage fee on top of the customs fee (view this link for details on broker fees: http://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/shipping/cost/zones/customs_clearance.html ). USPS does not charge a broker fee.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We ship our packages with UPS and they cannot ship to PO Boxes. We can ship to a PO Box with USPS Priority Mail, but processing your order might be delayed.

I paid with PayPal and I want to ship to an address that is not my PayPal Confirmed Address.

Sorry, but we can only ship to your confirmed address through PayPal.

What is your return policy?

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. In certain circumstances we will offer a return on a product that is unopened and in the original condition we delivered it in. If you believe your product to be damaged, please contact our customer service team before you open or alter it.

I have factory sealed cases I would like to sell. Will Legacy Sports Cards buy them from me?

Yes, Legacy Sports Cards will buy factory sealed cases! Please visit our buying page for details.

I bought a case of a product and am looking to sell back a few of the unopened boxes I didn’t open. Will you buy them back from me?

We will not buy back boxes of newer product that could be missing the “case hit.” Boxes we sell of any product that can lose value if not from a sealed case come directly from sealed cases. We have decades of experience in identifying faulty products and take pride in being able to guarantee that we sell unsearched products.
